#2053 Resizable "Add Entry" Window

Hello,

I would appreciate if the "Add Entry" Window would be resizable.
I use to add a lot of Information into the Notes field, and hopefully this field is getting bigger if the whole window gets bigger through resizing.

I think it's very few effort to implement this request, but it would add a lot more usability to me (an hopefully many others too).

The KeeResize plugin will resize the Add/Edit dialog. Contributors to the KeePass project can register the plugin so that additional windows become resizable.
