#1971 Add icons to print outputs

Add an 'Icon' column as first (leftmost) column to the 'print password entries' option.

This way, an easily recognizable visual representation such as the favicon or even a company/software logo could be added to the print-out. The maximum vertical dimension could be determined by the font height, the horizontal dimension could either be the same as the vertical one (as with favicons) or determined by the aspect ratio of the logo.

I've now added an option 'Icon' in the 'Print' / HTML export dialog.
