I've create a database and create enrties correctly but I find that t Auto-Type will always add "1" before username or miss some characters in username or the password. Why is that?

KeePass adds characters and then removes them when Auto-Typing in IE, but not Firefox. Try turning off the setting, Tools > Options > Advanced, Auto-Type, Prepend special initialization...

Then I suspect it's not a KeePass issue, unless it goes wrong in the same way every time, in which case you may have set a global Auto-Type override, possibly by editing the group - right click on the group.

Hard to know without knowing your environment. Please test an entry on the Test page and also tell us what version of KeePass, Windows, Browser etc.

The keepass is 2.27. Windows 8, IE10 and firefox 30

It' no use. It went wrong both in IE and Firefox.
Then I suspect it's not a KeePass issue, unless it goes wrong in the same way every time, in which case you may have set a global Auto-Type override, possibly by editing the group - right click on the group.
