I have just created a baby-plugin which literally consists of three lines of code (VC2008, .NET 3.5). I have no references except KeePass, System and Windows.Forms. My DLL is just 6kB. However, the created plgx is 4.486 MB!

I made a tool that lists the contents of plgx files. You will have to compile it yourself. The source code is here.
Make sure that you're packing the correct directory to a PLGX, and that the directory contains the source code only.
