I would like to be able to attach a web page and an image, and for the internal viewer then to render that HTML attachment with that image. I understand that it is not really possible to do that, as I suppose you cannot really make that kind of links between different objects (attachments) in the database.
But would it perhaps be possible to make internal viewer, since it uses IE, to render MHT (Web Archive) files?

You have to issue of temporary files created by the browser which KeePass may not be able to remove, leaving traces on your system.
Easier to save the files locally, view in browser private mode and then delete manually.
