#11 please update config.{sub,guess}

Hi. The config.sub and config.guess found in
kdbg/admin/ are quite out of date, with the result
that kdbg fails to compile on some newer
architectures.

Please update these with newer versions,
preferably from this year. I've attached versions
from early 2005 to this bug report.
