#43 Kbear problem if there is a "@" in the login

It seems that Kbear doesn't support the "@" character in
the login name, which can be seen in the console log :

ftp://login@mywebsite:password@ftp.myhostwebsite.ext/

Maybe the "@" characters in the login name is not in the
FTP RFC, but a lot of hosting provider use it to make
authentification ...
