#4 WAP - subproject: Overview of "lost" Views to reactivate?

I have sometimes the problem, that created Views, which
are not opened via actions or something like that,
disapear after closing forever!
They are "startup" Views and when I close the view,
doesn't matter why, I see no possibility at the moment
to reopen them!
Maybe a ViewSelector "Perspective-specific" might be a
good solution? Like in Eclipse? Or by Category?
It would be very cool, if we can discuss that problem
to find a proper solution.
