Java UTF-7 Charset support / News: Recent posts

Since no code has changed for 3 years, I just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive, and happy to help if needed.
And if you are using the code, I'm interested in hearing about it. (looks like it is in the Android source code, that's pretty cool!)

After 2 years, and 1 bug report (now fixed), version 1.0.0 has just been released.
