Obviously the project has now been created and a CVS has been setup for retrieval of the source code.

JTicTacToe is currently developed by a single developer, and will probably always be bacause it's not a very big project.

The goal of JTicTacToe is to be a small implementation of the popular boardgame, playable via the internet. The game is intended to be played by two humans against each other and any AI with the machine playing against a human will probably never be implemented...
