#35 xxx does not support patch getting

I think as a general usability thing, when a synth does not support a remote command that requests a patch etc be dumped, causing the "please start the patch dump manually" dialogue to be displayed, this message should at least give instructions on how to dump a patch/bank/whatever.

I know that at least the TX81Z and FS1R drivers both suffer from this.
