Project migration to GitHub and Facebook

Starting from 15 June 2014, we decide

• Migrate all project source code to GitHub https://github.com/yccheok/jstock
• Migrate all binary downloads to GitHub https://github.com/yccheok/jstock/releases
• All customer support to Facebook https://www.facebook.com/JStockFreeStockMarketSoftware
