OOPS!!! Sorry--if the program doesnt work and
complain about a missing variable you have
to point the environment variable

PERLLIB

to where you installed the package!

for example (in tcsh):

setenv PERLLIB /path/to/jondzpic

its also possible to put many values into
PERLLIB. (check shell manual for details)

if you have a /dev/hd? starvation problem
there is a missing "umount" instruction in
the INSTALLATION readme file. Check the
later installation instruction in the homepage
instead. (I'll update the release later along
with some minor mods)
