#51 Support for ComicInfo.xml
ComicInfo.xml allows to add metadate to comics. It's the native metadata format of ComicRack. An XML schema is available from download section of http://comicrack.cyolito.com.
This would also greatly simplify feature request 1470793, "Enforce single page for certain images".

Note: Validating an XML document against an XSD seems to work with JDK 1.5 only unless users wan t to mess with endorsed JARs in system folders.
