#1077 JMRI Examples fix

Fixed hyperlinks and images in 2 files only present on the JMRI website. Added my own PanelPro solution with 2 images. This set of files goes into http://jmri.sourceforge.net/community/examples/ (can't find that folder in Github so here's a .zip).

Merged! Thank you very much for improving those pages. They don't get enough attention.

I made a couple changes:
I replaced the spaces in the file names with _ characters. Spaces sometimes make our web tools crazy
Because you picked it up from the web, the "Header" and "Footer" references had been expanded. No problem, I just copied those back, but you might notice that difference in the file.

Oops, sorry about the "I replaced .." being in italics. It wasn't that big a deal. Must has messed up the formatting code....
