#571 Roster Import options

When importing a roster some options to streamline when updating one computer from another would be fitting. Like:
-Overwrite all
-Overwrite older
-Overwrite none (import only new ones)

This would help with merging in a club environment between workbench and layout systems (no network). Also when moving from club to home or reverse.

Next would be an option filter for owner or some other tags when doing the import (or export).
