After installing JMRI version 3.7.3, it seems that WiThrottle does not advertise the service, so I can only use Engine Driver on my Android device by typing in IP address and port number.
It works like a dream (a good dream) in version 3.6.
I have the same problem as in 3.7.3 in a self-built installer made from the current HEAD revision.
Running any version in debug mode is much worse: There does not seem to be any way of connecting from Engine Driver.
Additional comment from original poster (was in Bug 475, now closed):
Forgot to mention that I am running Windows 7 in a 64-bit version and that I have tried disabling IPv6 using the FixIt thing from Microsoft in order to make the debug version work. But without luck.
I have not been trying the same with version 3.7.3.
