Form editor plugin for TinyMCE

Full editing of any and all attributes of forms, inlcuding input elements (like radio, checkbox, buttons, etc.), select elements, and textareas. No restrictions on target, action, method, etc. Works as of TinyMCE v2.0.8.

Plugin broken in TinyMCE 3.5.x. No icons shown in FF 29.0.1 and IE11 so I guess this is happening in every browser.
