If your JRE/JDK is installed to a path with spaces eg Program Files, jmanage.cmd fails with

the fix is in jmanage.cmd
"%JAVA_HOME%/bin/java" -ea -classpath %JMANAGE_CLASSPATH% ............
change to
"%JAVA_HOME%/bin/java" -ea -classpath "%JMANAGE_CLASSPATH%" ...............
ignore the line
'env' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
thats from my debugging. I put 'set' and 'env' in jmanage.cmd to dump variables, not rememering which worked on windows..
