If on Windows Vista the ConsoleReader is instantiated then System.in does not works. I know for Unix there is a method "restoreTerminal", but there is nothing same as for Windows
Yes, this bug affects me on Solaris as well. Rewriting my app so that all input uses JLine instead of "System.in" fixed the problem, but it seems a little clunky.
