#209 jGnash build broken by unresponsive DynamicJasper Maven repo server.
I can't build jGnash because the DynamicJasper Maven server is down ( http://archiva.fdvs.com.ar/repository/public1/).
From looking a Github issues, this has been an ongoing problem for DynamicJasper and it has been acknowledged by one of the developers that they need to migrate to a new solution. I created a new Github issue specifically requesting that they do the move:

Until the issue is fixed upstream, I'm not sure what the best solution for building jGnash is.
DynamicJasper was moved into the local build repository. It does not appear as if the DynamicJasper will fix the issue in a timely manner.
