#208 Remove commodity crash

Removing a commodity after having downloaded a quote leads to a crash.

Try to add a commodity with all specifications, e. g. symbol "dbk.de", ISIN "DE0005140008", quotes "Yahoo!", description "Deutsche Bank", comma "2" and currency "EUR". Then get the current quote. Go back to remove the commodity (e.g. because you have not bought any shares and you don't want to see the entry in the list any more).

This will lead to a programs crash. If you have bought some shares of the respective commodity a message box saying removing that commodity is impossible would be a good solution. If you have only dowloaded the current quote, removing that data and the list entry would be better.
