ORIGINAL REPORTER: marco

Because org.nightlabs.l10n.NumberFormatter & org.nightlabs.l10n.DateFormatter are used within the server, they need to be extended to support a factory (which can then be registered by a datastore-initialiser in JFireBaseBean). This would allow one instance per user in the server.

This should be constructed similar to the Config and its factory:

* org.nightlabs.config.Config (NightLabsBase)
* org.nightlabs.jfire.config.xml.XMLConfigFactory (JFireBaseBean)
