Hi,

When I run run.bat, the error message reads that it can't locate "tools.jar". I looked through the application myself, an I can't find it either. Any idea what's happening. I'm running XP.

  tools.jar should be picked up from your JDK/JAVA_HOME directory. Make sure you JAVA_HOME is not set to your JRE dir.
