Hi, first need to say that the API is great! Thanks for it! =)

Just a observation on the DoubleAlleleSet class, on the createUniform method, the cardinality (the parameter size) of the set is not used on the method body.

I was testing the ObjectChromossome, with a DoubleAlleleSet, and it gave me a heap overflow because it was generating too many elements for the set.
