#1 ENV variables in EMBOSS

Some of the programs would not run as they require certain environment variables to be set, for example the EMBOSS executables are not in the default PATH and STADEN requires certain specific variables. In order to do this we use a file (/usr/local/bioinf/config_files/bioenvrc) to set these variables in the current Bio-Linux distribution, and arrange it so that all users source the file upon starting a shell.
