I did not find an EXIT button or command in a menu. Leaving Jcommander through klicking on the 'X' will NOT save changes you made to the layout of the display.

An "Exit" menu item in the "File" menu will definitely be taken care of. Regarding the saving of layout changes, this feature is in the latest development build: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=35271&package_id=163932&release_id=437503
