#108 Titles of Tab-Panes
I don't wanna fill out one after another Bug with minor
issues, perhaps they are only 4 me issues
1) When opening a new Tab with duplicate or with New
Tab, the Headers-width does not fit according to the
length of the caption. VERY interesting, is that the
size will be fitted as soon as the focus is lost.
2) The Title of the tab is not updated when the dir is
changed, although the Yellow-marked status line
reflects the changes properly.
3) A directory starting with '.' (e.g. '.javac') seems
to cause problems in the Title. Pehaps only allowed in
Win, nevertheless the display seems strange.
4) When I have eg. 4 Tabs opened and 2 of them are with
a long-path-name opened, is it really useful to cut
down all names. Especially when it is on the
left-side the long name the truncation ommits the
right-side totally. Wouldn't it be good to restrict the
length then e.g. to 5 chars?

These issues relate to the experimental Extended VS
presentation that is set right now as default. I changed
back to the default presentation and the problems should be
gone (please see the next development build).
