#133 Start Date/Time off by a day

The test scenario had the "Dates" value in the Regatta parameters set to "5/22/10" (without the quotes), and the Race Results entry had the Start Date button set to 5/22/10 via the calendar picker control, but the report shows the Start Date/Time = Sunday, May 23, 2010 13:00:00.0. The time is correct, but the date is off by one day.
