The main objective of this release is to find bugs and fix them for the final 2.0 release. The feature list for 2.0 has been locked down.

This release is NOT recommended for the casual user and should only be used by people with some technical background who are willing to provide feedback on any bugs they might find.

This release has been tested against JRE 1.4.2_05 and I would recommend that you use the same version for your installation.

Note that the format of the configuration file has changed.

This version also includes a new Swing-based configuration GUI. The previous HTML configuration GUI that was part of 1.2 is no longer available.

If you find a bug or unexpected behavior, enable debugging and email me your logs.

The online documentation has been updated and is available at:
http://javahmo.sourceforge.net/new

Note that this version of the JavaHMO software is not considered production stable and you might loose your previous JavaHMO configuration settings. I recommend that you backup your previous JavaHMO installation.

The Windows installation wizard and complete source code is currently available from the project web site on Sourceforge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/javahmo/

I hope to have the OS X and Linux distributions available soon.
