This patch adds support for "third person view" game play. This was taken straight from the Q2 Client Side Effect - a 3rd person camera tutorial by psychospaz found on quakewiki.net here http://www.quakewiki.net/quakesrc/41.html. It is a brutal patch (more of a hack) but it works.
