Simple URL http://Jtrac

Im sure this is an easy one but can't work out how to do this.
My Jtrac server has a hostname of Jtrac, I want to be able to access the server by typing http://jtrac not http://jtrac/jtrac
Can anyone help?

I'm looking to do a similar thing, i.e., to have the URL for jtrac be http://localhost instead of http://localhost/jtrac.

Anyone any ideas?

Redirection would be enough. So when a user visits using
http://localhostit will be redirected to
http://localhost/jtrac.
