#15 Mouse over help on toolbar

Each of the smaller frames (e.g.Local Filesystem) has
help text when you place your mouse over the tool icons
e.g. 'Change Directory'.
The main toolbar does not have this feature - although I
did notice after a while that help does appear along the
bottom taskbar - but that isnt consistant with how the
rest of the app works.
It would be nice if this feature was added, as the icons
feel a bit misleading.
