#94 Patch to add recent test code as a single patch
This patch adds a number of test from recent fixes. This single patch should get us back in sync. See the patch for more information. Only the report files need to be regenerated. We should still be at the same 7 fails in the vvp test and no fails for the vpi tests.

Cary, you really should get a github.com account and let me give you commit access. That should smooth the process for both of us. I think it is OK for you to *push* regression test suite updates even before I apply the matching patch to the iverilog repository.
