Which window function do you use when detecting the Harris Corners? The authors (Harris and Stephens) themselves suggest to use a gaussian. I'm not sure about your implementation because the code seems to be very clever to keep it fast. Thanks for help.

It is a 3x3 equally weighted window, i.e. not weighted with a Gaussian.
