Can't reproduce this bug. It seems that it is already fixed. We just need to include below jsp directive to fix unicode character display issue (???)
This seems to be caused by database not supporting UTF-8 charset. Additionally the filter properties encoding is changed to iso-8859-1 instead UTF-8.
