#71 Add HOWTO section in IT++ help

On AMD machines running Linux with MATLAB there seems to be a conflict between ACML libraries used by IT++ and those provided by MATLAB installation. This conflict makes impossible to call from MATLAB mex files compiled with IT++ support. A solution for this problem has been provided in this thread:

Since this problem is generic enough it should be better for further reference to have a HOWTO article describing the problem and its solution.

Another example of a HOWTO article would be the installation of IT++ in Windows using Visual Studio.
