#210 'make check' fails on Cygwin

I have a cygwin 1.7.15 install on top of Win7-64 and I'm able to compile itpp with no errors. However, when I run 'make check', 56 / 57 tests fail.

If I go into the tests directory and manually run one of the tests, I get:
MainDesktop 946: window_test.exe
-bash: ./window_test.exe: Bad address

Tested on win8 32 bits with Cygwin 1.7.16 and IT++ sources from release 4.2. All tests pass. This issue might be related to Win 64 bits. Please specify what IT++ sources you have used.
