#8 Support Ports for VirtualHosts in Admin Web UI

ISPMan Web Admin UI should support the assignment of
ports to a virtual host. This would only interfere with
the VHost file creation:
<VirtualHost TheIP:ThePort>
</VirtualHost>

I do not mean predifined, I mean admin definable,
another edit textfiled in vhost form.
