#24 Uncorrect termination of global scheduler

If GlobalScheduler wakes up after
globalSchedulerDelay while a site is waiting for its
time to restart/resume, global scheduler terminates,
even if there's another site still running.
Addictionally the termination of global scheduler
doesn't terminate the execution of the other site's
thread, whereas the end of the scheduler should
terminate every other site's thread execution.
