converter , a tool to encode txt/html files from a task to another task . For example:

usage: convert <task> <infile> <outfile> [via_clsData]
[via_clsData] If given, then use clsData-interface(just for test),
If absent, use char[] interface(RECOMMENDED).
<outfile> can be same as <infile>, which means overwritten.
<task> can be one of follows(case insensitive):

2002.11.20 , wavemail begin it's history !!! Welcome install and test wavemail . You need a private license to run wavemail , you must email the "hostid" and "hostname" to me to get the test License . Such as , in the WAVEMAIL package ,
$cd wavemail/tools
$./gethostid
hostid: 58a4081c
hostname: bbc-training
