#790 Standardize wildcards used in regular and Advanced Search

There is a discrepancy between the way Search and Advanced Search handle wildcards. With regular Search, if you enter "heinl%n" in the search box, the resulting list will include all of our "Heinlein" records. In Advanced Search, you need to enter "heinln" in order to get the same results. (The underscore character, "_", matches a single arbitrary character in both cases.) The Community Portal consensus is that we should let users use either "%" or "" as wildcards.
