#168 unknown error while trying to export a zone

If you see this message, submit a detailed bug report on Sourceforge including the message below, the database platform used and the steps to perform to recreate the problem.

PHP 5.3.3 (Linux)
Unknown error type: [2] getdate(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are required to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Los_Angeles' for 'PDT/-7.0/DST' instead Line: 75 File: /data/docs/ipplan/class.dnslib.php

Database I'm using is oracle 10.2.0
