#517 Downloads page doesn't sort

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but a search
didn't bring up a previous bug report on this.

The downloads page won't sort. The subscriptions page
sorts just fine though. It would be extremely helpful
to be able to sort the different tabs in the downloads
page.

This is the problem with OSS software - no quality control
and little to no testing!

Come on, it's easy to sort a grid control :)
