When I change the download directory, make a run, and
then close iPodder, when I open it back up again it
reverts to the default directory.

Same effect if I make the change but don't make a run
to fetch.

I can see that the changes are getting written to
ipodder.cfg, but they seem to be getting overwritten the
next time iPodder starts. Tested on OSX.

Clarification: this was fixed in the OS X version. This may still
be a problem in Windows. Let's track it with item 1063080.
