#210 Proxy Errors

The way the program is setup, it seems to pull the
proxy info from IE. This is fine if you have a static proxy
address such as MyProxy.mycompany.com:8080. This
gets to be an issue when a proxy script is used such
as: http://proxy.abc.mycompany.mydomain.net/cgi-
bin/pac.pl

It looks like the program has problems processing this
type of data where a script determines the proxy server
to use based on capacity. Can you first off, fix this
issue and/or provide an ability to select whether to pull
proxy info from IE or manually input the proxy info.
