sorted arguments
sorted command line commands
adds missing arguments
adds hidden aliases arguments with note of deprecation (feel free to remove if not deprecated)
fixes incomplete synopsis
restructures synopsis to logical blocks
conditional argument and command combination overrides to fixed defaults

I've committed changes to man pages into CVS. I've fixed couple typos I've spotted. However I've given up at some point and I'm sure there are still some typos to fix.

ipmi_main.c got way too out-of-sync and remains uncommitted. If you feel like it, please, re-sync it and I'll commit it. I'm sorry for inconvenience.
