Peer-to-peer can be filtred via source/destination
ports but in some p2p software users can change ports -
and rules are diffficult to maintain.
An iptable matching module like ipp2p and eventually
with its p2p filtering options in GUI would be very useful.

It shouldn't be that hard to do - an add-on is already
available at

but this should really be a default part of firewall distro.
