Would it be difficult to allow IOX to address multiple serial port output devices? Any chance of getting this in another release? I need a really simple IR-to-serial conversion using a USB-UIRT to grab signals and send commands out on four serial ports... IOX is perfect for this except for being limited to a single serial port...

Duplicate the serial port plugin files (SerialComm.xxx in the plugins directory) and rename using a new base name (SerialComm2.xxx, SerialComm3.xxx, SerialComm4.xxx). Make sure you duplicate and rename the .dll (or .so for linux), .html, and .xrc for each.
Once you do that, you'll have four different, independent serial port plugins.
