Inno Setup Unpacker 0.22 released

New version of Inno Setup Unpacker is released.

It has following changes:
- Added support for Unicode versions
- Added supprort for IS versions 5.3.0 - 5.3.4 (both ANSI and Unicode)
- Fixed rare issue with double backslashes in file path
